Cashless Transactions

Cash is not accepted. All payments are completed online and any products purchased in shop are paid for through our electronic point of sale system. All major credit cards are accepted.


Planning Your Visit

Austin traffic is not friendly, so we ask and require that all clients plan their trip in advance and arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their appointment start time to avoid any unwanted changes to your scheduled service. A part of what makes the Premium Fade League Austin’s top rated barbershop is the fact that we are serious about punctuality.


Availability, Booking and Refunds

  1. When completing your pre-payment during booking, a full refund is only granted if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. Within 24 hours of your appointment start time, your payment is deemed forfeited.

  2. Also, payments/appointments can not be changed | modified | moved | transferred | or re-scheduled within 24-hours of your appointment start time. The above policies are strictly enforced.

  3. When scheduling, you’ll see limited FIRST TIME CLIENTS availability. This is by design to give our Preferred and Returning Clients full and fair scheduling rights.

  4. Since this is a private experience, we emphasize that no extra guest are allowed. If you need guest accomodation, please let us know ahead of time by emailing premiumfadeleague@gmail.com
